Paul, the co-owner of Nightfall events, has been a longstanding client of G6 Designs, relying on our services for over 10 years. Over the course of our partnership, we have successfully collaborated on multiple projects, consistently delivering satisfactory results. Having already developed several websites for Paul, including his DJ website, he approached us for a new venture. This project involved supplying entertainment services for various events across the country, ranging from birthdays and weddings to Christmas parties and themed nights. Paul entrusted G6 Designs with the task of creating a vibrant, visually appealing website that effectively conveyed all the necessary information to potential customers.

The project presented some unique requirements. Paul had a software system in place that managed his events, staff, and artists. He desired seamless integration between the website and this software, enabling users to access relevant information directly from the website and saving them time. Additionally, Paul sought a specific application process for potential artists to join his team and offer their services for future events. Excited by the opportunity to assist one of our most valued clients, we eagerly embraced the project, confident in our ability to fulfill Paul's vision.

As always, Paul was thrilled with the outcome, further solidifying our successful collaboration. Subsequently, he assigned us additional projects, demonstrating his ongoing trust and satisfaction. Some of these projects included developing an invoicing system that seamlessly integrated with the website, streamlining Paul's invoicing process compared to his previous manual method. We also designed a printable and digital brochure that showcased all his artists and provided information about the services Nightfall offers. Additionally, we constructed a bespoke system that allows Nightfall's staff to quickly access artists' information and contact them directly. G6 Designs continues to host and manage the Nightfall website, supported by Paul's customer care package, which ensures ongoing website management and future upgrades.
